Having a few members of Kouno Maana work in the field of architecture and engineering, we started working on renovating houses of people living in unhealthy atmosphere, especially in the presence of kids living in such situations.
Though we are an NGO that works locally in Shouf area, but we felt we had duties towards our community that was drastically affected by the august 4th explosion. We decided to help in the renovation of a few houses surrounding the place of the explosion, we found ourselves being financialy able to help up to 3 houses.
